The Culture of Innovations PR: Liberty University's student-run PR firm

Hello! I’m Jeremy, a graduating Strategic Communication senior at Liberty University. I am also the Digital Media Specialist at Innovations PR — a student-run public relations firm, and I handle the firm’s website, blog, and social media.

I joined Innovations PR as a junior with no experience and no idea what I wanted to do. A year and a half later, I have acquired new skills, gained invaluable work experience, and found a dream I want to pursue.

Innovations PR works with clients such as Operation Christmas Child, Shenandoah Teen Valley Challenge, and Relay for Life. There are various ways to get involved in the firm, including event planning, promotions, graphics design, video, and much more. This gives Innovators (what we call our team members) a chance to try different things and find their passion.

I’ll be graduating in a few weeks, and will begin pursuing my dream of becoming a copywriter. What I will miss most from Innovations PR is the amazing people that have shared life with me and helped me discover myself.
